EGR Valve - Clogged passage in intake manifold

1993 Honda Accord LX.
I have no flow through the EGR system. If I remove the EGR valve and leave both ports uncovered the engine runs fine. Exhaust exits via the port to the exhaust but there is no suction on the port to the intake. The passage in the intake manifold is clogged. I have run six inches of coat hanger wire into the opening. I have let it sit over night with the passage/port filled with: choke cleaner, carb cleaner, and brake cleaner. I have tried compressed air (90 psi) also. Does anyone have any suggestions. I don't know if removing the intake manifold would allow me to reach the other end of the passage - actually the other end should be four passages, one each for each cylinder. I am running out of time, I need to pass my emmisions test by the end of the month.
