Transmission & Clutch

I have a 93 S-10 pickup with the 2.8L and 5 speed Borg Warner T-5 transmission. I just replaced the entire clutch system. Right now, the tranny is in neutral, push in the clutch and the truck starts fine. When I go to put it in gear, the truck moves forward. When I start the truck, and the clutch is down, and the shifter in gear, the truck hops forward. I made sure the clutch system is bled correctly and I definitely did that enough times. I took the access panel off the side of the transmission, pushed in the clutch, and noticed that the clutch rod only moves about 1/2 inch or so, that's it. I bled the system once again, but it made no difference. When I pushed the clutch fork in by hand, it seems that something is holding it from getting pushed in further. What I would like to know is: Does anyone have a detailed diagram of how the clutch fork, release bearing, drive plate, all get installed in the transmission? I'm worried that I installed something wrong or put the clutch plate in wrong or something. Does anyone know what could be the problem here? The transmission is new, the clutch is new, and the clutch system is new. Any help would be great. Thank you so much.

does your clutch have the diaphram type pressure plate or the spring type pressure plate? i don't thiink that the pilot bearing is moving, so you might not have gotton the release fork installed correctly. If you said that the fork is moving about a half an inch, that is plenty to release the clutch.

Did you replace the slave cylinder? did you replace the master cylinder? I would check those out first.
