Anyone knows any place in Singapore where they sell flocking materials?

Look at the stores that sell "window color" and such materials.
There you can get a cheap flocking material it calls "velvet powder".

YOU CAN GET LOTS OF IT AND IN DIFFERENT COLORS IN EBAY.
