99 Jimmy problem

Hello All, I have a 99 Jimmy that is trying to start by itself. Engine turns over with key removed. Removing and replacing starter relay in fuse panel under hood sometimes works and sometimes not ??? Any Suggestions Appreciated. Update: Had ignition switch replaced, Will post results when I am sure.

Had the ignition switch replaced, cost was $130. It has been a week,
no repeat of starter problem. Hope it stays fixed.
