Judging by most of his past expeditions and exploits i doubt very much that this statement would ever come close to being truth

I'm surprised Tony Blair hasn't done anything like this although he seems to talk in circles (if you see his famous speeches where he says alot but it really doesn't have a lot of meaning you'll know what i mean) O yes its worse than when they asked Dubya who was the leader of North Korea once.......(was it North Korea? It's pretty sad, but the presidents aren't exactly meant to know anything. They are just the spokespersons for the country. It's not like they make decisions or anything...

This law or rule, whatever you want to call it has come under scrutiny(sp) during this time of war(i.e. all the flag burnings americans did). They are currently attempting to further the definition of this and what the U.S. will accept as tolerable and what is extreme. Thats what we talked about yesterday in my govt. 2 class and my teacher was explaining it to us, but i was kind of out of it.
