RB30E mods

How much would a nizpro plenum chamber set me back because almost all the VL commodores in the mags have them and would it give me much of a power upgrade. And they always seems to switch to a Ford XF throtle boddy instead of the skyline one? Do they preform better or something?
What other mods could i do to my engine without turbocharging it.
