Compression Test on DOHC Vtec engines

Hi guys, I've heard a lot of different numbers when it comes to compression tests, usually some people say 150 it's good on most engines, but what must be a good compression result on dohc vtec engines?, I've heard some people say a good b16b engine has to be between 200-220, a b16a 180-200, are those numbers correct?
