ok so heres the deal: i found some nice looking rims that are like 16's or 17's and they come with z rated tires all mounted and balanced for pretty cheap. i was wondering if there is a difference in quality from one brand of tire to the other if they have the same rating

don't change your tires.........it can harm your car and make your odometer inaccurate. Modding cars is bad. It may also make u use more gas which pollutes the o-zone layer. You don't wanna do that

yes there is a difference in quality......they are different fucking compounds.
