Rims look good???

Think these look good on 240sx?

What color 240?

I like the white wheels on my black 240.

I had 17x7 kosei k1 racing
and i now have 16x8 Rays TE-37

I don't think spokey (not spookey like a ghost) BBs, some konigs etc look good on the 240.

You can get a cheap wheel from rota that will look better (imho) and be far cheaper than the ones you pictured.

it all depends on what year and what color 240, but the rims look tight

i think the legend has a white...240 if so bronze or gold rims would be sweet.. those look like the Volk LE?? so you could buy a volk center cap and be jdm..for a not so jdm price:bigthumb:



i'm getting either black or bronz rims for my 240

you guys thing gold/bronze color rims would looks good on a dark purple s14, or would silver be better?

My car color is Burgundy/ Maroon colored... one of the two. I dont plan on keeping it that color. I want to get either a black or white paint job.

How do you guys think these Konig Imagine rims look. Think they would look better than the Konig Helium?

i like the first one. if you are goin for a "drifter" look i say get the first rim.. i dont know i just me but i love bronz,black,gunmetal,and gold rims.. they look soo gooooodd.

the first rim is a knock off of the CE28N from volk (i think that only comes in 15/16 inch sizes anyhoo) and the second is played out from all the show cars having it


if you have an S13 id recomend the N1R Becketts their like 140 a pop and are to new to be played out... with an S14 id say the 5Zigen typhoons are pretty cool and cheap too. (for unlimited $$$ volk CE28Ns S13 and Volk GT-Ns S14

Not a big fan of Konigs, but I think the first rim in that bronzy color would look really good on a red or black 240. Thats just my opinion.

I went to discount tire co. to get quote they come in sizes ranging from 15's - 19's the size that im getting is 17,7 inch rims. Of course I am going for drifter look... but I dont know how long till I get paint job. I want to know if the Konig Helium (first ones on top bronze) look good with Maroon/Burgundy color???

rims are rims, knock off or not. I'm sure people would rather spend the money they'd be saving elsewhere (like on the engine).

how about knock offs for city cruising, and a pair of race spec rims for events and such.

i wouldnt be on a track with a 700 dollar pair of cast rims. id just cruise or take civic kiddies off the line wif em.

forged, for racing, for sure. lighter + stronger. id get those rims that sileighty mania guy benson has on his car, or something like that, cause the have like 0 wind resistance and i woulndt care if they got mashed, after all thats what they're for :icon16:

literally... went over a pothole and two rims and tires completely blew. threw them out in the garbage the next day.

get some nice used quality rims like nismo, or some other good name. i have adr's right now, only because they were really light and cheap.... but they are backed by eagle f1's. its almost impossible to bust those tires, especially the thick ones i have on right now.

Hey Brian dont bag on the ROTA's!! I love the ROTA ripoffs :bigthumb: Rota is one of the companys that make quality rims for cheap. I know ppl that take the ROTA's just for track and cruze in their nicer rims. If you bust a ROTA you dont lose an arm getting it replaced. And they dont bust eazily:bloated:

alright, i won't bust on Rota. i heard they were crappy from one person, so that's what i'm going on, but i guess i/he was wrong.

anyways, to the person who asked if i was willing to spend $2000 on good rims. yes. i'd rather spend $2000 on a good set that will be strong and last rather then spending $700 after $700 after $700 for crappy sets that break easily. i'd also rather support a good company rather then give money to cheap knock-off companies. i'm willing to spend that much because wheels are an important aspect of your car.

I agree with you on the wheels being important... but I asked you if you have ($2000 laying around...) to spend on some rims. Cause I know I dont my budget is around $1300 max, and that is strecthing it very far. I thought Konig was a pretty good brand. Untill you guys said they were knock offs... maybe they are what would be the best suggestion for rims under $1000 w/o tires?? :pimp:
