Brake disc question

I am buying paint for the audi quattro I am working on. What color do you guys usually use to do brake discs?

Silver, gunmetal.. maybe you could try some carbon fiber (ala, Carrera GT, Enzo... etc.)

Tamiya XF-56 will do the best job... or XF-16 if you want light silver brake.. those 2 I use

Sorry, thought I posted this in works in progress. What color would be an acceptable subsitute with model master/testors, I don't have access to tamiya paints in my area and can't find non spray bottles on HLJ.

dont really know the Testor code, but take a look at a dark metalic gray color
oh, and while talking of Testor paint, be sure to take Silver and gold. they are incredible (better than tamiya)
Gold is #1144.. silver I don't know I need to buy one this weekend.

Metalizer Stainless Steel Buffing is my choice. I spray it through my airbrush but it does come in spray cans too. Just let it dry about 30 mins. then buff it with a cotton swab.
