Well I know this isn't car related but it's a great kit and I'd like to share my progress on it with you...THe kit has so much detail that you can't believe it,everything is wired and the engine looks like the real thing...

Back on the model now I went for a Chrome Yellow paintjob and blue custom painted wheels plus all the tunning parts supplied abd the removal of side indicators...

The pics...

Here is the body was prepared, puttied in were the parts meet and sanded smooth. It's painted Silver leaf and then Chrome yellow...It looks great in person but it's difficult to catch both color
and shine with this cheap camera...

Here are the tunning parts.Aftermarket shcoks with real springs, awesome 4-1 exhaust, the oil cooler with it's anodized screws and various alluminium parts with blue anodized screws...

And now pics of the engine which is really great.Everything is painted correct.Polished/ported head and advanced clutch complete the package(tired to show you the full detail but I wasn't very succesfull)

I'm not a big artist but I was thinking of this paintjob...

http://files.automotiveforums.com/uploads/7623791post05.jpg

It's a quick sketch(10 mins)and I my hand is cut(cutting the wires for the engine today)plus the crapy cam(no scaner sorry!)but you get the main idea...

Should I add the blue flames?Do you like the paint theme?

I know that there is no great interest about bikes so I made the pictures small(in total less than 100 kb)just in case somone wanted to see...

Here is the progress on the frame:

Here is the fuel tank and you can see how gloss it is:

This is just a test pic so you can see how it will look like. The parts are not fitted just resting the one over the other...

I'd love to hear what you think...

P.S:I dropped the idea about the flames just because I thought that It might be too much...maybe another time...
