Buick CPU's

Can anyone tell me where the CPU is located that controls the cruise and traction controls? I am an amateur radio operator and need to put some ferrite chokes to supress or stop RF from getting into the vehicle system but not sure where the CPU's are located.
I own a 1998 Buick Park Ave.
For those of you with RF technical knowledge, I am trying to prevent the continued shut down of the cruise and traction control when I TX on 7mhz.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

I am having cruise problems, but am not a RF expert. The cruise on my 98' PA sometimes turns itself off a second after I turn it on. Other times it works normal, and I have not been able to link the issue to anything else. I was searching for an answer on the forums and am wondering if it is related to the problem you are describing. The only recent addition to the vehicle was a used factory (E-Bay) Buick AM/FM/Cass/CD player that replaced my AM/FM/Cass (no CD).
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
