I'm partial to the 1st gens, I've had 2, but my current car is a 2nd gen. I really think the 1st gen was more fun, but theres so much more to do with a 88-91. Buy one of each.

what model crx is it? if it is an si i would keep it and swap a new engine in it. if it isnt i would sell and buy a 88-91.

no its not an Si. before i bought the 87 i didnt know too much about crx's and that is really hard to find stuff for 1 gen. and so easy to do pretty much anything to 88-91's. so i think that, yah, im gonna save up a bit more and then sell my 87 and buy one thats 88-91. thanks.

Yeah if you wanna start workin on it and all the 88-91 would be the way to go in my opinion...the aftermarked is huge for the 2nd gen CRX's where as the 1st gens don't have too much.
