93 prelude???? help

hey guys i've been looking at getting a 93 prelude... And I was wondering if anyone has heard anything good or bad about those cars. Are there certan years that are better than others?? Well, thanx for your help

I have a 93 prelude vtec and it has done very well

i have a 1993 2.3 and just blew it up at 185,000-my fault though

how'd you blow it up? i'm looking to blow up my 2.3 so I have an excuse to get an h22a.

we got it from texas and trailored it back here and the next day me and my dad were driving it when we found a small leak.over the period of 2 months we changed everything and then we raced it and it had a bigger hole cause when we were done.....no oil....light was missing or something my dad told me but it was still running crappy but running and then i was driving home and it blew up.we worked on it and then took of the pan...a rod...and bearing shavings.he spun a main and broke every thing.i still have only found one engine and im still looking.

ps-havent drivin it in.......6 months?my dad kept putting it of now im buying.i have the money if anyone has a site i could check for an engine or a short block.NO SWAP!!!NOT FOR ME!? :bloated:

how much was it to trailer it from texas? and about how many miles?

i dont know about miles but he picked it up?
