My Integra is lowered 2". I have H&R lowering springs. I used to have Toyo's that were 205/40 with 17's.
When I replaced the tires, I went with some Phantoms from Discount Tire but went with a wider tire of 215. I have noticed more tire rub with the wider tires but nothing much more than with my 205 Toyos. You can fit 215's if you want to go wider from your 205's. If you go 215, you should probably stick with 40 series...45 series probably won't fit with the wider tire. Clearance is close as it is with the 215/40/17 set-up. Help at all?

yeah...thanks for your advice! i wasn't looking into 215 size for my rims, but was just debating between 40 and 45 sizes. i think i will probably go with the 40 series tire, unless someone with the 45 series tire on a 1.5-2" drop can tell me if there is rubbing or any other problems. i have heard that 45 size is a bit more comfortable than a 40 series tire....and this car will be my daily driver. But thanks anyways!!!
