Need advise

I,m planing on buying a 2000 lincoln ls, but after reading these threads i'm a little leary about it. Does anyone own a 2000 lincoln ls and have anything good to say about it. Also my second choice is a 2000 Audi A6. I would like peoples opion on what they would buy. My price rang is 16,000, so if anyone else has any other opions on what to buy I'm all ears

I have a 2000 ls that I turned into a lse..I have had NO problems with the car at all....its really upon yourself to decide, test drive similar cars to help your decision...

I also have an EARLY 2000. I have no issues and don't regret the purchase for a second. My wife wants one now! Like ELLENOR said, take it for a spin. Trust your own judgement and you'll make the right decision.

I have an early build 2000 LS V6 with 35,500 miles on it. Have had no major problems with it. The few minor things that occured were covered under the warranty.

Be aware that in purchasing a pre-owned LS you don't know how well it was taken care of. That is the case with any pre-owned car.

However, unlike other Ford products the Lincoln has a 50,000 mile or 4 year factory bumper to bumper warranty.
