Guys and computers!

What is it with guys and computers?? Why do they insist on changing something to make it better when inevitably it makes it worse!!! I just don't get it! It always happens. They install something to make it run better/faster or whatever and it ALWAYS ends up doing the exact opposite! Can someone please explain!! :p :D :hehehe:

Well, what drives us men is the thought that it will make it better. Bill Gates shatters our dreams and makes it worse :D

have you seen some of the guys on AF!! Some guys here have like over 10 pairs of shoes :eek: :eek:

i always throw my shoes out when there's another pair that replaces them :)

To kinda answer your question, We want better, faster, newer [even if it truely isnt better, it just says it it :D ]

Ive cocked-up more computers than you can imagine trying to "make it better", but after working as a techy part time for 6months I now learned to find something that works and then stick with it and not fuck with it.

Im smarter now. upgrading or installing something to make it better or faster only happens after it is tried, tested and truly does what it is supposed to, and does it well.

Its just the need for "better, faster, newer" that drives us that way, even if it isnt actually better.

Obviously, a women would say something like that. Seeing as women know nothing about high tech devices, it's THEIR fault the computer fucked up. What gave you the idea to flash the BIOS?! Leave it alone when I put a new chip in, damn it! :D

Come on! You have to match different clothes/style:
- dress/prep: my docs are the closest thing. can't play basketball adequately in these.
- sport/street: my nikes. some varieties are good for all occasions and don't clash with your clothes.
- sandals: sun and fun. Despite what some may think, I can play basketball with no problems in these.
- trash/outdoors: shows you don't mind messing up (usually old shoes). I have a few of these.

I have like four styles of clothes in my closet--skater, sports, thug, and prep--so my shoes will definitely have to match. And why do we (men) bother dressing nicely?!?! For the ladies of course! No action for the guy blinding everybody in the room with his clashing outfit.

yeah i know, i gotta a couple pairs of shoes.... but only 1 pair for every different thing. Like i have 1 pair of basketball shoes at a time. So in total i only have like 4-5 pairs of shoes that i wear, when i get a new pair then there are some other shoes that i through out.... i never keep shoes for longer than a year

but over 10 pairs for guys is just a bit too much lol :)
