Can an rb26dett fit in a 1990 240sx?
Does it bolt right down?
What EXACTLY has to be done for the motor to fit correctly (custom work & all)?
Can it be converted to RWD?
Where can i get an rb26dett front clip?
How much will this project cost?

You can't do it unless you have a FUCKLOAD of money to spend on custom shit. The rb26 comes with an AWD tranny. You could drop in an rb25 (from the RWD skylines). I think it's a 5-speed and it's single turbo. It would fit but you'd need custom mounts and a custom axle and I think you'd need custom shift linkage. I don't know how much that would cost. I think you can get an rb25 for like $3,500-$4,000

:banghead: so true, 1 out of every 12 rb of any aray swaps have a successeful ending..... im on my secound srblack... i just get chills thinking about the cost and problems of an rb swap.....

If you have the car and about 9K I can suply the motor and instal it including all the custom work and parts necessary. My 240 has a rb26dett in it.
