Headlamp help plz!!

My drivers side headlamp is much more intense looking from a distance than the passenger side... i dont know why this is but i like for them to be even looking!! and when i drive i see a kind of black hole in a spot in front of my car.. so i think i might need to get them re aimed.. but you have any ideas what else it could be.

you either...

A)need to realign them by messing with the big screw that points them...
or
B)need a new bulb in the weak side.
