brake up-grade question

i just bought new 15" 5zigen wheels for my 240 and i'm about to order the new calipers the car needs as well. But, before i do that, will the 300zx rotors and calipers fit behind a 15" wheel? if they do i'm going to do the upgrade. there was enough info in the FAQ for me to figure most of this out. i won't be doing the 5 lug conversion.
