Hi, I picked up this kit while I was on vacation. So far everything went together perfect. I had a little troubles with one part of the engine but I worked it out. Im making this a street version. Ive seen street Opels, focus', etc. but not the ClkDtm. I painted the rims dupli-color chrome. I found the key to get a good finish was to apply heavy coats. Light coats had a rough appearence to it. I painted it TS Pure white. The window frames were painted with a tamiya paint marker. I know I know, a bit risky. I also lowered the front and rear a bit for a more aggresive look. Enjoy.

Looks interesting! Never thought about white as a possible body colour for the CLK, but why not.

Make sure you do the door panel lines, especially since it's white and maybe some logo's - like the Mobil 1's - will give even a more racier touch!

Like Huudo uses to say:
"Always good to see a Benz being build on the Forum"
