what can be done to a d16 motor? If I put a z6 head on it will it be the as the z6 motor?

first off, next time can you do a search? thanx! this has been asked a million times.
you can stick the head on but it won't be as reliable or efficent. spend a few more $$$ and you can just go and find a sohc vtec z6 or y8 as they can be found pretty cheap these days. from $250 up
