tuning recommendations

does anyone know of a respectable and reliable tuner shop that knows its way around a hondata engine management system in florida? preferebly in the orlando area? i know not a lot of so called "tuner shops" only know how to half way install a cold air intake or alteeza taillights, let alone read a compressor map and change air/fuel ratios to optomize tourque curves and fuel enrichment.
