Problem fixed: It was the starter, and something else......

Well, my car is fixed....the starter was half the problem. Ok, if you look at a starter for an SR, it has the physical body of the starter, and then a little side piece on it that gives the starter power. Well, that piece ont he side has two little knobs on it for a + and a - clips that power it. one of those knobs was busted off (????). anyway, had to replace the whole starter.

now to the second problem. A month or two back i had a head unit installed. the factory immobilizer is disconnected as of right now. i asked the shop to not touch anything except what they need to to get that head unit in. apparently they hooked the factory immobilizer back up, and it slowly but surely, shorted a shit load of wires out. had to totally replace one of the looms underneath the dashboard. cost me a 120$.....so i'm goin to the audio install place this week to see what they will do. cars ownz me
