19" on Accord?

I have a 1999 Honda Accord V6 lowered on Eibach Pro-kit springs. I am about to order some 19 inch TSW RIB rims and was wondering if I would have any problems due to the fact my car is lowered? I also want to know if anybody have any suggestion on what tire size to go with on the 19's.
