Need help locating this kit.

Hi, I got these rims off Ebay yesterday. But Id like to know if the car in the picture is a kit or Just a car to show off the rims. Any help you can give me is highly appreciated. BTW, I think tonioseven was the next highet bidder, I hope your not angry :icon16:
