maybe im just confused but why would he have to rape anybody? He is a millionaire with probably millions of fans that would love to get down w/him. I met him once in philly and you should see how women flock to him. (this was at Jim Steaks in downtown philly)

It is wrong that people would post things like this. Something similar happened to my girlfriends sister. Bad break up, her bf ended up being arrested for abuse type things and child porn. Now him and his friends have all of these hate pages set up dissing the girl, and saying all the "bad things she did."

Now she can't even go on AOL without someone IMing her and accusing her of false accusations or getting death threats. Its rediculous, what is worse is that most of the ISP aren't doing anything to get that crap off the web.

I still say innocent until proven guilty. But we have no idea what Kobe or that girl are like personally. Yogs, the more I see Kobe's facial expressions in his press conference the more I think he is guilty, so I concur. He just looks extremely nervous and nervousness is a sign of guilt in my opinion.

I don't think showing nervousness through any expresion is a sign of guilt when you being accused of raping a girl. Especially when you did have sex with her in the first place. Maybe seeing nervousness on a 6yr olds face after he stole a cookie or something is enough to kno whe did it. But i dont know any adult that could face a rape charge without being nervious.

I like how all the people decreeing him guilty or innocent in this thread are the ones who have all the evidence and can justifiably make such suggestions.

That is true, but just something about the guy makes me see him being guilty. I just really don't think hes as great a guy as everyone thinks he is.
