whoever did that...should be shot....u can get Porsche motors that drop right into the VW Beetle w/o mod's....for about the same price as a b16.....and it drops right in....

Could actually get a fully rebuilt porche engine for that bug for the same price you could buy a whole Bseries swap...
Not to mention the cost to get that engine on the beetle.

My grandfather's the same way. He actually helped me rebuild an old 74 Super Beetle to be my first car.

Come to think of it, I think I'll print out those pictures and go show ol' grandpa.

Good Ol' Grandpa! :bigthumb: I would give anything for my grandpa to still be alive to help me build any car....he's big around here for Drag Racing...he's in the Shuffletown Dragway Hall of Fame for anybody from around here (NC)....sure do miss him!
