Ok... You kno tha stage in your life when your 17 and cant decide which car to buy... Im at that stage and its driving me insane...

Ive looked at so many different cars and now ive atleast narrowed it down to two...

240SX :: Any year above like 1993... I dont kno much about em... Jus kno i think a RWD car would be fun to drive...

or an...

Accord... Prefferably 1998 - 2002 cuz i like tha longer tailights in tha back... But i could work with a 1994 - 1997...

I kno more about tha Accords because im in love with Hondas... So no need to elaborate alot on the accord in your responses... Jus curious what you all think about both of tha cars and which one is faster stock...

I kno its kinda broad... But im not sure what specific questions to ask... Jus any helpful information is welcome... Thanx...

It all depends on which one you like the best. If I were the one choosing, I would choose the 240, they are good cars, have a lot of potential. Not only that, but going with the 240 means you could learn about a new car, and more about nissans, which are generally good vehicles all around. Im not the biggest fan of accords myself anyways, but that's just me. Anyways, like I said, go with your gut instinct; what could you see yourself driving and loving?

i'm gonna try to be unbaised here. if your lookin for a faster car out of the box. as much as i hate the admit it, but hte 98 plus accords are alittle bit faster then our 240's. this is mostly becasue our cars comes much older and have more miles. now for upgrading wise. the 240 will have more potential. even though there are a ton of parts of honda's, there really isn't that much for the F23 which comes with the accords. then you gotta deal with converting the rear drum brakes to a disk brake from a accord EX. and even with the turbo, the F23 wouldn't make that much more power. a stock KA can handle a good amount of power. the bottom end is very strong and don't need to be sleeved like most honda blocks. its the piston and rings that is the KA's weakness. you change those and put on a metal headgasket and the the other wise stock bottom end can handle over 400hp at the wheels. my car for exampe is just as fast as my friend's S2000 and i've spent around 3K for my turbo and install (mostly becuas ei did it on my own though) but for handling, looks, and power potential. the 240 is the way to go.

Hmm... Well if i went with tha 240... And im kinda leaning towards that now... Im gonna want tha baddest shit... Like an sr swap... How much do one of those cost... Cuz than i can compare to swaps for an accord... Either way i really wanna go turbo...

You kno what.. Nm.. Do they make a twin turbo sr... Im gonna go do some research... Thanx...

Hmm... from those two, IMO I would choose the Nissan 240sx. FWD doesnt do anything for me, no fun. :dunno: I would think that if you get the 240sx, hold out on the SR20... Eh, Im not much for the JDM bandwagon. Try to see, if you get the 240, how it handles first... what mods make it respond more, and tune it before spending $2k-6k on the SR20.

Off Topic: TatII, what do you run? 13/14s? :dunno: Just wondering.

i don't know. i honestly don't. i would take it to the track but its summer and we all know how much turbos hate heat. so i'm gonna wait till fall to get a good run with the car and see what it does.

The accords not lame... But neither is tha 240... Thats why im looking for suggestions... In comparison.... They both have roughly tha same amount of stock hp (240 and 4cyl Accord)... And both engines can be swapped for a 200 hp engine easily... Now with tha informatin i have ive jus gotta decide which one i think looks betta... And whetha RWD is something i have to have...
