Any one here build this kit?

I'm looking to get some pictures or just some insight to this kit "Honda Civic Miracle" and if it is really worth buying. is it a stock civic? does it come with after market parts IE rims, body kit and so on? any help with this is thanked :)

Uh.. i know its molded in red, its on tinyimports for $14 and at my hobby store for $12, um.. it has "tuner" decals and thats all i know.
