What is your favorite.....

I was wondering what your favorite animal is and why is that animal(s)your favorite....personally, i like to think i am a dog and cat kind of person...i can't decide between the two... :)

I have 3 Ferrets, and a Cat. So I would have to say they are some of my favorite animals, or I am sure I would not have them. :)

I like all animals :)

My favorite is probably the horse. I used ride horses a long time ago and even had one for 4 years. I would love to have horses again when I come into some decent $$$ someday down the road.

I love dogs too. They are loyal to the end and are always there for you and are more reliale than people.

dogs rule..... and my golden retriever rules :D

there are lots of other cool animals though, i used to ride horses too, when i was younger. don't wanna end up like superman :)

I'm with KatWoman. I like all animals. I love Koalas and Wombats, but my favourite domestic animals would have to be cats and dogs. Dogs are so loyal and adorable and cats are so damn coo (especially the ones with real catitudel!!) :D

I would have to say that on my list, dogs, fish, and ostriches would be somewhere near the top. Why ostriches? My grandparents raised them for five years, so they are there by default...and no, they don't stick their heads in the ground! :p

I can't forget marine life either...I miss the ocean. :(

Im very much a cat person. I like thier sense of independance, but they still know that with out us they would starve. so they ride this fine line between being cute enough to get feed, and arrogant enough to be independant. :D

Hmmm... Most of my life I've had 2 cats and a dog... If I had to choose, I'd probably have to choose cats over dogs.

Oh, and I have this bizzare fascination with Australian sugar gliders... :hehe:

Andullusion (SP?)stallions here. I like most animals (All actually) but Horses I think are just a bit above, I'd want a Black Andullusion anyday. BTW, I don't actuallt ride, but I may someday, I like old medievel stuff, so It would be a cool experience.

Ohhhhhh, your calico looks like my kitty at home....i miss her so much...i wish i could have brought her with me, but these big wigs at my school have these insane rules about animals in dorms....beats me man...

Thanks! Don't let that cuteness fool ya....they cause so much trouble hehe. Their biggest obsession is going thru trash. When I get up in the morning to feed them, they make a stop at the all the trash cans firt to see if there is any paper for them to shred and put all over the place.

Then I have my Beta fish, named Fred. He rocks. He is getting pretty big. I will pass on trying to get a picture of him. I also have a 40 gallon fish tank that I can't reach to get a pic of. :)

Overall, these are the critters I like the most. :)

As for a pet, I love dogs to death!!!, especially Golden Retrievers. My mum breeds them - I can tell you that the cutest sight in the whole world is a litter of Goldie puppies running around playing in the backyard! :D

If I was rich, I'd open a refuge for abused or abandoned dogs and let them live the rest of their lives in happiness. I can't understand ppl who hurt them :(
