Serpantine Belt Replacement

Hello fellow Rodeo owners. I am curious as to how i change my belt out. I know there it s tensioner and i found it bu i really don't know how to get it loose and change the belt. I am just looking for some help. While I am at it I also wanted to know if anyone has the transmission "clunking" sound. It only happens when the auto tranny downshifts but it jsut doesn't seem to be as smooth as it should be. I have been told it's normal.
