do the Billy Mays dent removal kits work for small dents maybe 2 to 3 inch in diameter? or even small ones like 1 - 2 inch (stupid people opening their doors in parking lots, they parked close to me)

oh and I was trying to set my alarm off and put my knee on the top of the front fender above tire well and pressed my weight on it 200lbs DENT!

I work at sears and we carry the "Ding King" thats seen on TV. All of these kits actually work. Its a timed process though. You have to constantly keep adding glue using a heated glue gun then pop it off.. What im trying to say is that it takes a few times of popping off to get the dent out... and if it comes out too much, its no big deal, just hammer it in a lil. My civic had lots of tiny dents and now u cant even tell they were ever there

Try your insurance company first, they replaced everything on my friends car.

I would do that if I didn't buy my car this way... thats how I got it so cheap. For whatever reason the hood took like all of the damage.. the rest is ok so if I either get the hood fixed or just replace it the car will look nice...

The "Ding-King" is similar to a tool body shop use for dent removal. They will remove some dents but not all. Paintless dent removal is the only way to go, no hot glue applied to the paint. If the dent is in/on a body line or creased there is no getting it completely if at all.

I dont recommend hitting the body directly with a steel headed "Ford wrench"(hammer)

Those cheap glue pullers will work, hit and miss on some light easy dents. But be careful. If the car has been refinished, and the paint was not baked on like in the factory. If you do get a good pull going you can pull the paint off.

the new pops a dent one looks like total bs, if you watch the commercial carefully you can see they are doing it on a surface that has no dent and it just makes the noise as the glue breaks off....its so fake.....

I heard that some dents can turn into creases where the metal on the cars body begin to stretch. The stretches are usually cause from the heat so thats why its prolly a good idea to remove the dent ASAP to avoid this.

Dents dont become creases over time. Basically a crease is a dent where the metal stretched or shrunk upon impact.

Those are the worst dents you can get. I have one of those dents on my door and there is no way i can fix it. Well thats unless I get it done by the body shop where I'd end up paying the price.
