Alright I was just thinkin to myself and the new big thing right now is Ls v-tec famouse for being an all motor type of thing for the compression and what not but what about a turboes Ls v-tec how would that work out?? Has anyone done it just to be different? I'm just kinda curiouse. And what about doing a b18a/b head onto a b16a block or b18c1 block and turboing that or will it not work cuz those blocks compatable for v-tec and the head isnt and there would just be a missing link to make it not work. I'm just trying to think of things to be different than everybody else. Any input would be awsome.

wat about a h22a bottom with a f22a head..

if the block isnt v-tec and the head is i belive you can make them compatiable but re -routing some oil holes and corking up some unwanted hole is the block.. i think..

funny you should ask this. my friend is doing that exact thing right now. he went to a shop called trackmasters in sant clarita and saw a car there with 600whp from a turbo lsvtec that is daily driven. so he asked and now he is getting the same setup done in his car.

here is the setup in a nutshell from what i have heard..
ls block (bored to 2L)
je pistons(8.5:1 im pretty sure)
crower rods
ductile sleeves
b16a head(full head work)
type r cams
t72 turbo
etc. etc

now nobody argue with me about this because this is all second hand info and i cant reassure anything. the only thing i do know is that the guy with the 600hp civic is not lying. it really is 600hp running this supposed setup. ive seen dynos
