can i paint my dash if its not out of the car or will it be to much of a pain in the ass? or how hard is it to get the dash in an out?

A fantastically poor idea.
Just remove the dash. It's not hard.

get a phillips screwdriver and you can use that alone to take apart the better part of the dash, damm simple stuff

okay i know im going to get it for this one, but I did mine without taking the dash out, I looked around and my boss, (owner of a tire shop and mechanic) told me that it would be too much work to get it out and i should just tape everything off, so I did, and it didnt come out too bad, but if you want perfection, take it out.

i did the main part of my accord while it was in,.. but i had to go back and repaint the vents and i got sum paint on the window, looking back i think it woulda been easier to jus take it out
