ok i know that i have to get colder plugs, and upgraded ignition, but what all should i get before i put my car on the bottle, i don't really know that much about makin a engine last with nitrous, i just know how to put on the kits. so what all do i need to do to make my engine last with just like a 55-65 shot??? thanks in advance.

1 step colder plug won't hurt and will give you a little added saftey:bigthumb: How many miles are on you r fuel pump? Did you replace it when you did the motor swap?

NEVER use it below 3000rpm or in first gear. If you don't believe me then try it for yourself, sooner or later you will find out why you don't.
If your tranny starts making weird noises, its gonna freeze. Ive seen my friends have more problems with their transmissions than with their engines. Ive only seen one engine go(blew #1 rings) but more than a few trannies go when it come to nitrous.
I wouldn't go with more than a 60 shot. If you only use it when you drag(ON A TRACK NOT THE STREET) and not every time you want to pass a car, you should be fine. If a bottle only lasts a few days and youve been driving on the street, something will break.
