Is it possiable to add a navigation system to a used 2003 3-series to the console?

Yes, of course. A little more expensive than if you bought it installed that way, but it is very much possible. We bought our 2003 330xi w/it and love the nav system, very impressed. We have not run into the problems others have complained about.
