Window module for sunroof?

I'm trying to install a DEI 530T window module on my sunroof... so it will close (like my windows) when I arm my alarm. I own a 2001 Blazer LS 2DR 4WD with a factory powered sunroof. I'm having problem getting the module to work right (due to the vent/tilt feature on the sunroof among others).

Has anyone out there installed a window module on this type of GM sunroof before? If so I could really use some guidance here.
