satellite radio and CD changer advice

My wife and I just took delivery of a 2003 3.0 with DSP and Nav. I am kind of overwhelmed by the options (blitzsafe, soundgate, etc...) and would like to add both a CD changer and satellite radio. What is the easiest way and choices that are most plug and play and non-fm modulated, but plugged directly into the existing cd changer harness, as well as have an OEM look?

I like the look of the Delphi radio on it's bracket, but is that only FM modulated?

Any suggestions you could make would be appreciated.

There are two options that I know of to get XM in an X5: 1) If you have a 03-04 w/o Nav you can get a product called "XM Direct" which integrates into the cars controls and everything(very slick), 2) If you have Nav or an older model you can buy the "XM Commander" it is usually FM modulated but if there's aux audio inputs on the X5 head-unit (I think there is) you can connect it direct into those jack for the best sound. Here is a site that sells both of the items but you can get the XM Commander at any Circuit or Best Buy!
