Prothane Mounts or Energy?

Which is better? How much does the prothane cost? Isnt the Prothane all 4 inserts and Energy 2? Where is the cheapest place to get Prothane? Energy? BTW I have no rear mount on my d16a6 and thats why I need the inserts.

i got my prothane for like 35 bucks plus shipping from jcwhitney, haven't gotten to drive with them yet (stupid tranny) but the fitament is pretty aight, the rear was a bitch to put in though!
