whats the best cat back system i can get for my car that i have to spend the least on and how much would the average installation cost be? i have a 95 honda civic ex

1. The best is all a matter of opinion.
2. You get what you pay for so don't cheapen out
3. Install is easy and free when done yourself

There is no such thing as the "best exhaust" because like said above, it's all matter of opinion. They're all about the same unless you're car is insanely turbocharged over 400-some horsepower. Buy a new one for ~$500 which looks good to you and you'll be alright.

I've had good luck with buying the muffler of your choice and having a muffler shop mandrel bent the mid pipe and rear section which costs me around 200 bucks with the muffler installed which is still 300-400 dollars short of aftermarket ones
