There is hope of dating one but it is very little. I have met about 7-8 of them in the last few years. 4 of them are my friends 3 of which I see on a regular basis.

the fourth said that all she can offer me for now is a friendship b/c of having to go back to school (which actually moves her closer to me) taking a trip to houston, and about 1000 other things going on in her life right now.

It sounds like #4 is bs'ing me but I know she is not because of the type of person she is.

I know I said 3 earlier but #4 and I were at the dating stage at that point.

I wish! I am just captivated by a woman who can carry on an intellegent conversation with me and that can make me smile in other ways than flashing their breasts. (although at times I dont mind that either)

I moved my cat's food dish to my room and I use his favorite blanket on my bed and he's always there, is kind of affectionate, and sleeps next to me if I let him.

So... if you provide for a girl and give her a warm place to sleep she'll sleep with you ? That's pretty true, but girls can shop around for better guys, cats cannot. So if you want a girl, make sure what you offer her is better than what she's got or what she thinks she can get.

And remember, warm is a state of mind.

My cat loves me, I always pet him, make sure he's got his food, and let him sleep on my bed. Cat's are great...but women are better...
