I cant believe it but i finally fixed the biggest problem with my car. Remember how my car bucks and jerks up to 2500 rpms at the starting of evry gear. well the problem was my spark plugs!!! i bought a new set of NGK platinums and never thought anything about it, and ever since that it has been doing it.(i didnt relize this till now:tongue: ) anyways i went out and bought a cheap set of champion coppers(yes i know champions suck but it works just as good). It only cost me 8 bucks meanwhile ive prolly spent like 400 trying to figure the thing out:mad: . I dont know what it is about the platinum but i guess copper is better conductor:confused: Anyways im soooo happy, but im still gonna sell the car, cause of my crappy ass bodywork.

Platinum plugs are not meant for your car....
You want regular NGK plugs......read your owners manual...:bigthumb:

^^ what he said. I've noticed that every engine i buy always has Bosch Platinums installed. I promptly change those pieces of shit out.
People think becuse they cost $4.00 a plug, that they're good. platinum is a bad conductor. grab a set of $.99 NGK's and the car runs fine.
NGK POWAH!

Good to hear it's sorted. I'd still go NGK plugs though - I find anything else fouls. But hell... if it works... :)

i didnt do a very good job at thr rear quater panels, its all wavy and where i shaved my mouldings is bumpy. u can only see it in certain light but it still sux. I was gonna go for a 95 civic, but if i can find a decent car with no rust and a nice body ill probably pick up another 4g.

because they last a long time supposedly. but they dont last long when you yank them out after a few days and pitch them in the trash becuase they make the car run like crap :D

i was talking to a buddy of mine and he says that in every ford, he cant use ngk platinums cause they will not run. Evry single ford will not use platinum.

There's nothing wrong with Champions... We've used them in my mom's truck all 300,000miles of it's life and never had a problem with them, and have only changed them out 4 times in the trucks life. (We got it new in 1990 with 2miles on it)
As for the platinum plugs, everything I can remember reading is that the platinum plugs are only good for race applications when you're running a lot of power through them (such as with an MSD ignition system), and they are meant to run at a much higher temperature then your regular plugs are normally meant to.
