Question

I just got a 97 Maxima SE 5 speed and im trying to replace the belts i got the front belt on bu the 2nd one is being a bitch, easy ways to do it? also the pully is squeeking like nobodys buisness and i cant figure out if i put it together wrong or what? if anybody knows the proper assembly configuration that would be awsoem. also i just replaced the clutch and i was wondering how easy and the benifits of a short throw shifter. im also looking for an exhaust but something that doesnt sound like a rice grinde.
