I was talkiin to some buddies of mine, they said that 10 or so SS's slipped out og the Camaro plant with LS6's because they "ran out" of LS1's ? :confused: :biggrin:

Just a rumor, although 25% of the 2002 LS1s do have the LS6 block. A smaller percentage of the 01s also got the LS6 block.

Yeah, that's no rumor. All you gotta do it check the casting numbers on your block. I don't remember which is which, but I wish I was one of the lucky few...
