catalyst - EURO2

Hi
I'd like to buy Honda Civic 95 (2door, 92-95 model) in Germany and take it later to Poland. The problem which may come up later is exhaust emmision. I can register it in Poland only when the car has EURO2 catalyst, or level of exhaust gases (or whatever it's called :)
As far as I see from the internet offers, those models haven't had EURO2, so I would have to fix new one. But then (my knowledge in this matter is rather basic) will it pass EURO2 level ? I mean, can this 95 engine go with EURO2 cat. to pass the examination ? I heard that one can say from engine's manufacturing year whether or not it's 'new enough' for EURO2. Can anyone give me some advice ?
