Hi all,
I am trying to get my car right for the dyno day on saturday and Ive come across a problem,.. i installed a boost gauge and mixture meter and i find I am only getting 12psi boost when my evc is set to 1.00kgcm (14.3psi) so should I look for i/c and bov leaks or is there a mechanical reason eg: waste gate spring?

Are you sure you want to take it above 12psi anyway? I mean, I've heard that SII GTS-Ts have trouble above 12.
But onto your question:
That does seem a bit weird, it very well could be a leak, but have you considered that the gauge may be faulty? To be honest, I wouldn't know where to look.
Hope you fix the problem,
Michael

I probably should mention why I thought the gauge may be faulty. A guy I know had a faulty gauge and it was reading a bit low and because of this he set his boost too high. It was pinging a bit and he couldn't work out why. He tried a mate's gauge and showed he was about 3 psi above what he thought he was at.

thanks,
the gauge is new and at the moment I think the problem may be more im the tuning og the evc II and the difference between kgcm and psi...ill keep u posted..thanks again
