smaller supercharger pulley

Hoping you can help me!
I have a Ford Motorsport (Roots Type) supercharger on my 96 Mustang GT. The current pulley is 4" in diameter and gives 5 to 7 pounds of boost. I was wondering what size pulley I would need to buy and install to get 8 to 10 pounds of boost? Can you help me get the pulley I would need to do this and can I safety go to 10psi?

Any manufacturer who makes a pulley for that supercharger will have it listed the blower PSI it will give with that pulley

I'd be very careful and do some homework - you risk detonation by jacking up the PSI.
I don't know what your engine's compression is, but I know for my type of LT1 F-Body (10.4-10.5:1) you can only run about 6-7 PSI safely without risking detonation. Anything above 8 or 9 would really require an intercooler - either that or your engine's normally aspirated compression would have to be lowered before you start feeding it big time PSI.

The 1996 Ford Mustang GT has a 9:1 CR with aluminum heads. 8-9psi should be fine on it.
Seems like the LT-1's seem to lose power early, I have always guessed the 10.5:1 CR may be part of that problem.
The Ford/SVO roots supercharger was manufactured by BBK/EATON if I remember right. At least it was back in the day.

The LT4 version had 10.8:1 CR and that beast made the same low, tire shredding torque of the LT1 - yet didn't lose any steam charging right up to its 6300 RPM redline.
