You don't have access because it was moved to an area of the site only the moderators have access to.

Threads like that one and other type of spam get moved to another area for future reference and scrutineering (and they probably scoop the deals up themselves).

.....as long as Igor/the mods made sure it was immediately deleted from the forum, there is nothing more that can be done.....see file sharing argument about FBI not being able to nail a Kiwi with federal law scenario.

What if its a wanted faudster? He'll just keep on doing this, and ripping off old ladies until he or she is caught. This could be the break the police need to get this guy.

And if they are overseas, and its worth it, the person can be extradited if the country of residence has an extradition treaty with the US.

If anyone is naiive/stupid enough to fall for this, they deserve everything they get. Natural selection.
