ok heres the scenario, Ive got a 94 Integra LS in very nice condition but it has 120,000 on it. I have the money for a turbo right now, but all i have done to it is lowered with rims and intake. Now i am wondering what would be the best way to get some horses, while staying fairly cheap. and if i wanted a turbo, what all would i need to replace before i got it? or if it would be a good idea to and whatnot, also how long would it last (the car)? thanks in advance.

120K on a honda is not a lot of miles. Most last well over 200K. Just keep boost at moderate levels (8 PSI) and moniter boost and air/fuel ratio closely. Any turbo kit should come with everything you need. Well, some don't so I'll just give you a heads up. Look for things to upgrade your fuel system, like fuel pump, FMU, FPR, injectors(stock ones might be sufficient), etc.
You might want to think about upgrading your clutch first. LSD is not a must, but helps a lot when you are pushing 240 HP in a small car. If your stock clutch has never been replaced, I suggest doing it first because adding 100 HP to your car will definitely finish a dying clutch off. And make sure you get a boost gauge and a o2 sensor.
Most turbo kits come set around 8 PSI, I suggest you keep it at this level because the electronics they might include in the kit are set to add fuel at this level. Turning up the boost will only result in a lean running condition causing detenation.

Yes, definitely you need an intercooler.
No, do not get a header or cat back. Any turbo kit will come with a special manifold made to fit the turbo. Once you get the turbo kit on, then worry about exhaust. The kit will probably come with a 2.5'' downpipe. So get a 2.5'' high flow cat and a minimum of 2.5'' exhaust, 3'' would be optimal.

becareful there on choosing which kits now, i've heard the drag kit is a pain in the ass to install...but there are other options such as fmax, revhard...and more...look around first...
